Client's Outlook kept crashing, so I created a new profile. Problem solved I tried a Quick repair then an Online Repair of the Office that'd been downloaded and installed from GoDaddy, the client's Office vendor Also tried a full uninstall then reinstall to no avail. Spent a lot of time with GoDaddy tech support trying a variety of things. All was in order. They verified the client's license was in order. Since they couldn't find anything wrong, they said it was a local machine problem no kidding!

Given the amount of software installed on this computer the owner of a small accounting firm it'd almost be better to buy a new computer! You might want to try removing the O user settings.
